What do the therapists at Annex Psychotherapy provide?

Our clients are invited to enter upon a human journey with a therapist. We assume an essential equality of persons in this work and in this dialogue. We all have great inner resources both for healing ourselves and for growth. But we need a context in which we feel heard and listened to and in which new perspectives can develop. As every person is different, every therapy will be specific to the individual client.
